General Description
This is a metalworking wide belt sander for deburring, sanding,polishing, finishing, slag removal and texturing.With 2 powerful sanding drums and vacuum sucking work-table, the metal wide belt sander can process wide metal sheets, plates,middle and small size metal work-piece in an effective way for deburring, grinding and finishing. With a quick change of the abrasive belt, this metal wide belt sander can do slag removal and oxide removal of the metal parts done by plasma cut or flame cut .
The wide belt sander typically incorporates adjustable settings for controlling the speed of the conveyor belt, the pressure applied to the workpiece, and the type of abrasive used. This allows operators to achieve the desired level of surface finish and remove material to precise specifications.
